Sauvignon Blanc
A half-hectare was planted in late 2000 with the clones 2413 and 8110, reminiscent of the Sauvignon Blanc style found across Tasmania and in the Adelaide Hills, subtly differentiated from the upfront fruitiness of its New Zealand counterparts.
