Pinot Gris
A half-hectare of Pinot Gris was planted on the south facing slopes of the vineyard in 2003.
This grape variety is a mutation of Pinot Noir and is widely planted in the cooler areas of Australia. The cool climate of Tasmania is ideal in developing the full flavours of these grapes.
Our first vintage was released in 2010 and is now available for sale. Quantities are limited.
