Our premium Curve Vintage 2006 blanc de noir will be released in summer of 2009/2010. Tasmania is rapidly gaining the reputation for producing award winning sparkling wines, in some cases rivaling that of Champagne. The cool climate extended growing season and low yields are ideal for the high acids needed to yield the fine structured fizz and more concentrated flavours.
